Ich war auf 124,1 runter bin nun aber wieder bei 124,7
Mein Mann ist geschäftlich bis Morgen Nacht weg und der kleine Hase ist krank und sowieso geht alles schief im Moment.. da musste ich "Frustessen", doofe Sache.

frustessen ist immer doof, ich hab mir am montag kräftig in den ars... getreten hatte schon wieder zugenommen bis montag ich muß das jetzt einfach packen mit dem abnehmen.

Frustessen ist so richtig doof. Habe gerade fast eine ganze Tafel Schokolade gegessen und nun ist mir schlecht

hoffendlich hat sie wenigstens geschmeckt. bei uns gabs heute grünkernbolognese yammi kann ich nur sagen und super kalorienarm

Grünkernbolongnese? Habe ich noch nie gehört, ich gehe mal googlen

bei chefkoch.de hab ich das rezept gefunden steht glaube ich vegan dahinter...kann ich echt empfehlen schmeckte saulecker und hat kaum points / kalorien wie jetzt ne original bolognese
